I wish it were that easy.....I've been in contact with Hasbro and a coupe of other major companies, but they do not take direct submissions so that they will not be liable for any patent or license legal issues. You must submit your idea to a third party broker who will take the idea to them if they like it...this weeds out all the crazies and bad ideas. I hope this isn't crazy or bad!! : )
