i can confirm it. at least in my area of Ohio. Went to a Target, they didn't have signs posted up but I saw the ad online so I just bought two figures, one MU and one Spiderman figure. Finally found Carnage. I threw in Gladiator to see if the bogo would work and it didn't I would just return Gladiator later. Well it worked at the register, but it didn't say anything about it at the price check though it did say special... I wasn't sure if the special meant the $1 off or if it was bogo, but it was both
