Hi guys, so here goes. I don't have an Ironhide for my Animated collection so I decided to make one. At first, I thought of just repainting my Sentinel Prime mold into IH's colors but, I'm not too sure the result would please me. So, i went searching online and came across the red pickup truck concept design from the Allspark Almanac 2. I decided to make it! it's not perfect or anything and there are some minor areas that i'd like to revisit sometime but, for now this result makes me happy!

So, here is IH. Basically the back of Sentinel Prime mold with a list of modifications:
-Sculpted Head
-seperated front part of truck from the back part of the toy, then added lego (hero factory?) ball joints to both parts to allow the IH transformation.
-removed the plows
-removed rear wheels and attached it to the legs
-swapped the hands
-added ball jointed "fake" window panels on his shoulder. these fold under the truck in alt mode.
-added stryrene/sculpted the truck to look like IH's alt mode.
-custom cannons
-minor mods and details added to look close to the design.
-painted in IH colors
