Yes, but the odds on him making it into the MU are far greater than you might think. Case in point, Spider-Man & Black Spider-Man were in both lines. MU also has quite a few actual comic based variants (Scarlet Spider, Iron Spider, etc.) vs. the Spider-Man line which has some comic based costumes and crap load of craptastic useless, made up suits, so the Ben Reilly Spider-Man is bit of no-brainer eventuallity. Thus in the scope of this thread I'd think that the Ben Reilly Spiderman does not fit into "Figures you know won't ever get made...".

I think Venom, Ben Rielly Spiderman, Ultimate Spiderman and any and all variants in the actual comic books have a shot as MU wants a Spiderman in every other wave or so.
