Ironman for the avengers universe expansion.
X-Men for the X-universe expansion
Blade for the occult hero outlet
Wolverine for the more urban hero or loner type story.

Typically speaking Japan is obsessed with Lolis and female characters though. The idol industry especially seems relevant(and could work to great effect for Dazzler herself). So that tells me characters like Academy X's Surge, X-23, Pixie, and Dazzler need to find some kind of outlet to reach audiences there. X-23 would fit in perfectly alongside the likes of Gunsmith Cats, Noir, Gunslinger Girl, and the thousands of other kid assassins turned good guy type stories they have that always seem to bank ratings-wise. Tiger and Bunny proves how successful a Heroes 4 hire story could be too. Heck, it even proves how well received a new warriors anime could be.
