Pryde of the X-Men the test pilot that never got off the ground, and SPider-man and his amazing friends with the firestar origin. "A Firestar is Born" if you want to look it up on youtube.
The firestar origin episode told the origin of firestar in flashback while she was at an Xavier institute reunion with iceman which later the Juggernaut attacks during because spider-man couldn't stop him by himself.

The only other animated pieces pre-90s (besides the other oneshot animations like spider-woman, spider-man, and some others)were more or less motion comics without motion, and I don't think X-Men even had one. Only cap, namor, Ironman, and the fantastic 4(who also had a pre-80s fully animated series that created Herbie).
