Cause sometimes you just never know. There was a Spawn ally playset going for a buy it now price of 25. bidding started at 15 I won it at 20. So I saved 5 bucks playing the waiting game. For some it's just about price and waiting. If they can wait they will bid. If they truly need it right away and is willing to pay the buy it now price i say go for it. But I rarely ever need things that soon. So I bid If it goes past what I am willing to pay oh well. I let it go. and wait for the next one. Also doesn't buy it now disappear after someone makes the first bid? Or is this only on some items. Cause I know once I placed the bid for the the spawn alley. They Buy it now option went away.
