Finally saw them at Target the other night. And as I said in the first news thread about these:

Based on the preview I saw at the theater, Atom (the "Rocky" of the film) is supposed to be at least a head shorter than the others. So yeah, I think Jakks might have screwed up the scale. Unless they re-sized his pic before they made the collage.

And now that I've actually seen the toys in person, they definitely screwed up the scale again.
