Getting "hassled" or even "caught" would result in you explaining yourself for real and having camera footage to back you up if it becomes stupid. But I don't see it escalating that far.

If I put that much work into a custom simply to trick people, I'd definitely do this. Who knows, he may BE an employee even, then this is completely null and void.
