I collected the 6" Marvel Legends stuff as well. And prefer the 4" line by far.
Plus outside of the first wave, where I'll agree they stumbled on a few figures, Hasbro made some awesome ML figures. Marvel Girl being one of the best female figures ever in ML. And they improved even more moving forward after they got the hang of it, with the FFF, Ares, and Red Hulk waves.
And they did shrink the price to match the scale. You just ignore the facts.
Marvel Universe = $8.00 ($2.00 per inch.)
Marvel Legends = $12.00 ($2.00 per inch.)
