Personally, I want X-Force, and Uncanny X-Force to be complete already(I love the uncanny X-Force archangel more than the X-Force one, but I want X-Force wolfsbane already).
Followed by Astonishing X-Men (only emma Frost left!). MI13 would be nice to be finished too with it only being 2 figures away now. (Wisdom and spitfire.)

I'd also kill for an academy X Boxset of Surge, Pixie, X-23(graduation costume), Rockslide, and Hellion.

Any other teams that I want complete can never happen like Magnus and The Metal Men from Amalgam, or JLX.

Hasbro's got everything else I want coming except for Red she-hulk and emma frost.

As for DC.
Meh, nothing I can say here since they canceled DCIH, and that was the line I was team building with. So yeah, thanks mattel. I appreciate that. Jerks.
I'll ebay for some of the older figures I still want, but I'd kill to have the DCnU in that scale with actual articulation for poses unlike the YJ and GL lines. I do love the YJ hall of justice scenery collect and connect though. Just wish it was with a line I'd actually buy. Which really sucks for me, because I'm a kidflash fan, but the figure lacking any kind of real articulation whatsoever has made it an easy pass for me.

6-inch version of kid flash from that line is probably gonna kick ass....just sayin.
