It's like a rectangle pegged wing bar thingy that clips into the gauntlet that has a hole to match it. It's the kind of peg and plastic, that if you restrict it, it'll just expand the hole and still fall out.

Nail polish might work, or other similiar liquid type solutions if I put it in while it's still drying to dry to the hole and attach, but other than superglue and that, I'm not seeing any other options. It'll stay in so long as I don't move that arm though, it's just annoying. I have to pose him, wing falls off, reattach wing in pose, repeat if I change the pose.
