Heres what I do when it comes to those extra figures I dont want. I dont want the Namor and are thinking about the Ultron. so thankfully I live near one of those online stores who have their ebay store and such. so I just take the extras over to him, and I either get retail price + a percentage, or I get Store Credit. Either way awesomeness for me. I am taking all my extras up to him this weekend. might leave with a collectors item or money. who knows.
as for loose figures I get from comic packs and boxed sets, I either take them up to him, or to my LCS, exchange and get some good stuff. so there you go.
But I try to avoid the ones I dont want. I dont want the SPidey/Britain 2pack or the Lukecage and Ironfist 2pack(Even though that one rocks), so I didnt get those. avoiding doubles of characters helps me save money. I only have 1 Spiderman figure now after a firesale. Iron Spidey counts as the last living Scarlet Spider Clone :3
However if I only want 1 figure, like in the next set(Astonishing Wolverine), I'll either BBTS him or go ebay
