They're Figmas, and you can normally buy them at BBTS (at a substantial mark up) for domestic purchases, or at Amiami, or HLJ for importing. Those particular two are older figures from the Figma line, so you can't really find them anywhere except eBay these days. I get all my imports from Amiami since they get them the day of release in Japan, and they normally give you 20% off MSRP.
