The current Darkhawk IS the variant!

This looks like the more modern Talon (War of Kings), which would make it the modern version.

To be fair, this has cues from the v2 classic armor. So it still can go either way. Unless the head is new though, it's not really a variant at all, nor is it classic or modern.

Won't know for certain until better and more pics are up of different angles.

Nope wait, after a quick google search, the current on market one is the Talon/Modern one. That pics straight from the WoK Ascension comic where Talon is from. No silver on front or boots.
