Does anyone have any quotes from SDCC where they mentioned the classic variant? To be fair, all it'd need is a more angular head with flattened top as opposed to the point on top. (Classic doesn't have a point on top, it's more squared off.) The wings would need to be painted up too.

I'm thinking they are just going to do a running change with the figure to break up the semi-boring empty space all the dark blue gives. Without a clear shot at the helmet, or the amulet and visor being blue it's hard to tell what the intent is here.
