Depends. Two Face is a bad figure. I was very very very disappointed with it. If the arm articulation didn't irritate me enough, the lack of detail and paint apps sure as hell did. Batman has a great sculpt but I hate that the elbows and knees are hindered just short of 90 degree rotation.

You can definitely tell that these were in house by Mattel and not by the 4H.
