One thing I've always wondered... are poison candy and razorblades a real phenomenon, or are they just urban myths? Because I see for weeks before any given halloween news stations warning people, websites warning people, parents warning other parents, even local hospitals offering to X-Ray halloween hauls for free on occasion... but I have never *ever* seen an actual report of it actually happening. Of someone getting hurt, poisoned, or intentionally and maliciously tampered candy.

I always assume it must be an urban legend cuz I have honestly never heard of a case of it actually happening.
