Actually I think Norman has curly hair that comes out in waves I saw that style all the time in High School since it was kind of in the inner city of NY. My hair kind of comes out that way if I let it grow long enough. I also agree that we need a Crazed version of him & one like the way he was in siege with the Goblin face paint. Maybe a civilian version of him with a mutated version of the Goblin that talks to him in his jail cell.
