Amazon is a terrible place to hunt for toys haha, u may strike it on there for cheap, but will take you a while, honestly I have a hulkbuster IM figures, was lucky enough to trade my 24'' batman figure for him, he's 1 badass figure, and considered 1 of my holy grails. .... to help you out here are some auctions for him cheap.

seen this 1 myself a few times, this is the cheapest I can find him, the auction is for him and some random figures $30, + $5 shipping, not sure if he's got his hoverboard or not,
