Back to the Roosevelt Deal with the aliens, They didn't just do that with the US, they went to all the Super Powers at the time. Apparently the USSR told both aliens to F!@# OFF. It takes BALLS to do that.

Big, russian balls. Thats insane. Maybe this is why Canada didn't make nuclear weapons, or anything nuclear. I remember reading that we could of easily, but decided not too. Wonder if aliens where a factor...
