The fact is that countless things in the universe exist invisable to us with or without human knowledge of them. Are there aliens? Maybe. Use logic, and any evidence presented, to determine which , and what, works best for you. it is a deeper statement that refers to a belief or faith if you will,if you believe and or have faith in something it allows your mind to rest in a false state of peace,you feel you have reached or attained wisdom on a certain viewpoint and therefore no longer need to use your mind to keep searching,digging for an answer,the point is to always be searching,never think you have the answer,I never once in this thread said I do not believe in alien life,I do think there could be life out there,I on the other hand do not believe stories of greys with bug eyes snatching people up,so do not take the words for face value and look a little deeper into the meaning of what I said though I ask you not to refer to my viewpoint as rigid,unadaptable and narrow minded for when you do you are putting yourself in the position of one on a high horse who thinks because he does not share in the same "belief" that the other is wrong,you have in a way proven my point,you "believe" and have faith in things and because I share a different view I am the rigid narrow minded one?
