that's Red Star from a GI JOe comic pack- I added a vinyl eyepatch and the patch's tring is a thin strip of black electrical tape.
Then I drybrushed in Fury's classic 5 O'Clock shadow and drybrushed some hair covering parts of the eyepatch string for a more realistc effect.
I still need to add a cigar and maybe some stretched cotton at the tip to simulate smoke...

I'm pretty happy with it asa depiction of Fury from Secret Warriors.
