So I was searching ebay for Winter soildier captain america comic pack and noticed that an ebay seller MARVEL UNIVERSE CAPTAIN AMERICA TARGET EXCLUSIVE COMIC PACK BUCKY WINTER SOLDIER | eBay has used one of my images and replaced a watermark on it claiming it as his in his auction, quoting "Condition
100% COMPLETE & MINT! Was recently removed from the box and NEVER played with and NEVER displayed. Item comes with everything seen in the picture and is from a smoke & pet FREE home." Am I overeating in being pissed because I took the work to photo this figure and some one just straight cropped it and watermarked it as theirs or am I making a big deal of it? I mean wouldnt someone look at this picture and what if the paint apps on the one someone ordered from this guy are all messed up but used my pic to scam someone into thinking it was the figure pictured. I want to email this guy and tell him/her to stop using my images or at least leave the watermark but its the internet, you cant stop everyone. Whats your guys' take comment bellow.
