I'm sure Hank Pym will make it into the movie. He's a founding member of the team plus he brings a load of dramatic content with him. He's romantically involved with the Wasp. And his inferiority complex is bigger than any size he can grow to. I imagine that could be a great character arch to implement into the movie, and he has to step up and be hero standing side by side with Cap, Thor and Iron Man!
