I completly disagree. Here's why:

1.) I dont think Mattel could pull it off well.

2.) Durability is always a concern to me with turd-sized figures.

3.) I feel that much of the sculpting done by the horsemen would be wasted in that scale.

4.) You think the figs sell out quick now? If their prices dropped by even $5 bucks on Matty they would be gone WAAAY faster.
