apparently there are 3 people in a one bedroom apt all smoking and one of them is a shift worker so there is always somebody smoking. so you can imagine the amount of smoke that is. we tired to talk to them and got the typical addicted person response. denial, then anger...not fun, not fun at all.

i just got done packing away everything i own in plastic bins, literally everything i own was affected in some way. my transformer collection....its pretty much toast now too. whites are yellowed and red have faded to watermelon shades.

even worse is there is no by-law or smoke free apartment laws here. so im sol for everything unless i want to take my landlord to court for allowing them to have so many people in a single bedroom apt.

. That answers my question. That sucks dude. Around here it is divided by sections. On the other side of the building would be smoke free, while the other isn't. Or just no smoking at all. We got extremely strict smoking laws here. Thank god.
