He was briefly, and it does beat his ponytailed suit. But this has a prison orange jumpsuit that alludes to prison escape or recent escape.

Plus iirc he's going to have some red and black leathery suit over the harness eventually. It looks like some kind of race track in the background, but I'm not sure. The jumpsuit top is loose behind him and the harness and belt are holding the jumpsuit up for his legs. So this poses many questions for what will be in the film, and how awesome it'll be to see this character growth, mixed with flailing Stark around.
