A lot of people claim it's from the Days of Future Past storyline, but skimming through those issues, I can't find that to be true. Another theory is that it's from the Marvel Ultimate Alliance game(s), but I couldn't find any screen-shots supporting that either.

It could be an interpretation of The Sentinel Mark V from New Mutants #2:


But that's about as close as you're gonna get in comics.
