I'm guessing that the entire 3.75" Marvel Series isn't going to be worth d*ck 4-5 years after Hasbro stops producing them. Look at the 90's X-Men figures. Anyone in the market for a Professor X or Beast MOC of those? They were awesome at the time, and everyone loved them while that was going on, but now we have something different, and some would argue better. The same thing is going to happen with these current lines. So if you really want to get the value out of your rare figures, either play with them like you want to, or sell them while the getting's good.
It's a bit of a harsh reality, but I believe it to be absolute truth. Just imagine what the figures will be like in 10 years. No one is going to want these older, then 'crappier' versions when they can have the newest.
