The newer Kmarts are nice, IMO. If you sign up for rewards, they give you a % cash credit for all dollars spent in the store. Toy prices on new product are comparable to Target in my area, often cheaper. I will be upset if they close any of the four Kmarts in my area.

The two new/remodeled Sears Homeplace stores are generally bright & clean. They too have competitive toy prices on new product.

If I have any complaints about the brick-and-mortar Kmart strategy toward toys in this area, they don't clearance things out as quickly as they should (and their initial clearance prices are way too high) and they almost never restock lines that sell out quickly.

Kmart's website on the other hand is a disaster. All character toys in a common line get a single inventory number in the system so you almost never get what you order. They need to fix this or stop listing character figures individually on their site.
