Well... now you're getting into the moral issues that plague superhumans.
Personally for fiction, I think they should stay away from such matters. Beings like Superman or Wonderwoman could have a huge chunk of the worlds problems wrapped up in a few days.
I'd prefer my comics to be an escape from the real world. Have them deal with analogies.

If it were the real world, now we're getting into moral problems and issues. Wonder Woman can do almost anything. What's to stop her from removing anyone she deems as evil? Even if that were to end up our own president?
I get tired of the "normal humans fearing the reprocussions of superbeings" type of stories, but I certainly acknowledge their relevence.

But to answer your question, no. I'd personally prefer my superheroes to stay away from real world politics and dictators... if only out of respect for the people they oppress.
It was bad enough when IDW had the combaticons working for North Korea.
