I'm only going to go by what I've picked up, since I can't really comment on what I don't already own. That said, here is my list:
HA Bumblebee - Just as awesome as Shin and everyone else has said. Worth every penny. Even the Sam figure is fun as it works with most Alternators!
The entire Scout line - I will echo Runamuck's sentiments in that I have every mold so far except Dune Runner (who I hope to pick up soon) and they all rock! Any one of them could fit into almost any line, since the "Bayformer" style is very subdued and the alt modes are far-ranging.
Skids and Mudflap - Two of the funniest (IMO) characters in the movie are captured quite well in their respective Beat and Trax versions. Of the two, toy-wise I actually prefer Mudflap as his robot mode looks better to me (without doors hanging off his ankles).
Sideswipe - Really slick alt mode and good robot mode. His best feature has to be his swords. My only gripe is the wheel feet, but with a little fiddling I can get him to stay standing.
Wheelie - A great toy that has the same trick as Animated Lockdown: deluxe-sized alt mode with an almost voyager-sized robot mode. Wheel feet can be an issue here too, but Wheelie has a better center of balance than Sideswipe.
Honorable mentions - Soundwave and Ravage. Soundwave is a little too short IMO and Ravage's alt mode is not all that inspiring. But hey, it's fricking Soundwave and Ravage! They were considered bought the minute they were announced. Now if only the birds could get some movie love...
