Personally i dont think $9 is that bad for probably the BEST 3.75 inch figure out there, regardless of brand or characters, the actual Joe figures have superior articulation, better sculpting, better accessories, and are made from a much better plastic than the one that is used for the MU line. Il never understand why Hasbro dont just introduce basic 3.75 body types built off the same spec as the Joe figures for all their lines,it makes no sense to have a line like SW still using 1980s articulation such as the "T" crotch(see the new Darth Malgus figure),yet a line like GI Joe (which seems to be aimed more and more at niche collectors)is running out figures with articulated ankles, wrists etc. The MU line is the same....why are they STILL using those ridiculous hip joints that NO-ONE seems to be able to work?? And the Quality Control issues?? My Scarlet spidey's leg FELL OFF the minute i opened the blister!!! My (first) Juggernaut had two right arms!!not to mention all the improperly fitted together arm/leg joints, and deformed legs iv seen due to shoddy worksmanship in the packing factory,so yes Joes are pricier than MU,but you DO get a much better standard of figure for the extra cost...
