They did the same when I bought my DD and warlock comic packs from them- which was okay then as I did not already have that pack- but here, when they're all repaints, it's pretty awful.

Wolverine is right, that is the Hasbro case assortment BBTS has listed, it even says in the title, an they don't get to pick what comes in the case. They're the same case assortments that show up at retail. And there wouldn't be even more unsellable Capt Brit packs at retail yet, because this case assortment hasn't been released yet.

You can't really blame BBTS for selling the newer packs in sets and also including the Capt Brit pack from the previous wave like they did with the Sinister/Thanos packs... they have to recoup their costs and turn a profit somehow. If they didn't do this, they'd be stuck with a bunch of packs not selling, or they'd have to clearance them down to ridiculously low prices. This is cool for us as collectors, but from their standpoint as a business, it sucks. Blame Hasbro for the shitty case assortments, not the retailers.
