Check my "Hydra badasses" and "Badasses of AIM" threads to see my custom tweaks on those- I did a Shield set too!

The three pack hydra goon are cool- I look at them as commandos, not canon fodder like the classic goons. I also made some officers with the magic of waterslide decals and weathering-









I've said it a a few times- BUY DULLCOAT! Really, a light coat of Testors Dullcoat takes off that plastic shine and makes uniforms look like cloth- or at least less like plastic! Really helps on the SHIELD guys (though the ones pictured did not have their dullcoat at that point).
