Oooo the briefcase! Maybe I will open him today, it is just hard :P. Also wanting to make a Andrew Bennett [I, Vampire] figure. Sadly finding DCUC parts for me is rather hard and if I see them, they are NOT cheap either. Anyways, here is my idea, it is rather simple.

Modern Star Man base.
Remove the head, jacket and arms [maybe save arms and jacket for a New 52 Red Hood custom?]
Get your basic plain arms from another DC figure, preferably with open hands to hold weapons.
Do some minor sculpting at the wrist for a cuff, OR higher up for a T-Shirt.
What to use for a head? I have NO idea.

Another idea is to use Star Mans lower half, and your typical DCUC torso [Superman, Sepcter, Blue Beetle are good ideas] and paint it all a pale flesh colour because it is shirtless a lot.
