Just to piggyback on trebleshot's post... these are NOT new releases; I got them last year. In fact, the best I can tell, they went straight to TJ Maxx/discount stores as the Crossover line wound down. While they have the 'Avengers Assemble' logo on them, so did the rest of the Iron Man Armored Avenger line. They're not part of the upcoming Avengers movie toyline.

Its always puzzled me why these two releases happened at all - Human Torch, Punisher, and Thing were cancelled, and yet, Hasbro produced two final Iron Man redecos with new packaging that ended up going straight to discount. My theory is that they just wanted these on the shelf alongside the Armored Avenger stuff (with which they share branding on the card). Of course, the AA line went by the wayside as well.

Just keeping track of the Iron Man Crossovers is a bit of a challenge. To the best of my knowledge, this is everything:

Regular releases (2008-2010)
Iron Man (jet1)
War Machine (jet1)
Iron Man (car)

Combiner set
Spider-Man/Iron Man (jet2)

Iron Man 2 releases (2010)
Iron Man (car, redeco)
Iron Man (jet1, redeco)
Iron Man (Captain America, remold)
War Machine (jet2, redeco)

Regular releases (2011)
Iron Man (jet2, redeco, glow)
War Machine (car, redeco, glow)
