I've seen the psylocke wave once and she was the only one that had been bought so I grabbed the rest cause I knew I wont see anything til March.

Reordering new product is not the same as physically putting the stock on the shelves. Just because new product is sitting in the back room doesn't mean that the staff have to immediately put it out. The lack of product on the shelves is probably due to one of two things: 1) they do hold back product for some reason (most likely due to aisle re-sets), or 2) they have lazy stock workers.
