Some of those are gonna be tough- others fairly easy but expensive.
Personally, I'd hit a comics show/con, wait till the last day and maybe till an hour or so before closing- wait till the victim....er...classic comics dealer is getting ready o pack it in and make your move.
Whatever the listed price is, knock 25-30% off as the maximun you'll pay for it- at a convention, (as a dealer) you either do well or the whole thing is a total wash- at a dead show- one with low attendence or where a gues does not show or whatever, dealers just want to sell books to make it worth their time- they never pay more than half what a book is worth when they buy collections (usually much much less) so you're not screwing them buy offering much less than they're asking.
They'll play hurt, but if you're prepared to walk away from the sale, they'll haggle with you.
Again, the smaller the show, the better your chances.
Also, the Millie the Model original art is up on ebay all the time- I think the artist from back them still has all of the art and needs the dough in his golden years- could be fun to have a piece to show.
(it's not Spidey though!)
