I decided on doing a toy, but it really could have been any product related to the character.

It's also good that I've been posting in forums, anonymous people seem to be more critical. I've indeed heard that it seems a bit plain, and needs some accessories or features that make it stand out. OP, if you aren't a bot, you might have much better luck posting on a site like Tomopop.

While I'm sure there are people on this site that are interested in cutesy things and plushes, Toyark mainly caters to the action figure crowd and you might not get the reaction your looking for.

Tomopop would likely much better fit your target audience.
