Hi guys,
I broke down and ordered the marvel universe exclusive arch angel figure from the marvel digital comics subscription. (couldn't bare to pay the ebay prices and haven't seen any online moc the last few months)
I unfortunately left it for the last minute and had it postmarked the last day of the offer (jan 31, 2012). Amazingly it did arrive and in only 3 weeks time... and i live in toronto, canada.
To my surprise though it was stuffed in my mailbox as is. I mean that it was the white original arch angel box with a computer label of the company, a hand written sticker of my address and numerous usa electronic stamps on it. (thankfully the action figure inside was moc fine)
I was shocked!!!! The white box was defaced, bent, damaged and marked up. I've used ebay before and even the common man like ourselves knows how to package products properly. I was shocked that an official company didn't even bother to package it in a cardboard box or even wrap the white liner box.
Has this happened to anyone before when ordering from them?
Is it even worth complaining about since it seems marvel out sources their distribution?
I'd like to hear your comments and experiences on this.
thanks,
SKIK
