Right. The New 52 means almost nothing to me. I haven't read anything from it, and can't afford to. I've got a Batman that represents his trademark look, and I've got the Sinestro Corps Batman. And stuck with the black costume, and the cheesy Adam Westy legacy Batman, neither of which do anything or serve any purpose to me.
Unless a batman brings something new to the plate, it's just going to end up in that pile.
Flash is simular. I don't need yet another Barry Allen, and the new 52 outfit doesn't really bring anything new to the table, like the Blue Lantern, or White Lantern do. I would only really be interested in these if mattel promised they'd do the entire New 52 JLA. All seven of them.
They'd work for me if I didn't already have a representation of the character, though. (Such as Hawkman. Reissue or New 52, I don't have the characetr yet, and I seriously did not like that ugly head on the JSA version. So either is acceptible, as both are cheaper than trying to get the first release)
