The two Caps are Bucky Cap from the Cap Movie line (comic series), and the other is the Avengers movie series Cap that's on shelves right now... TRU is where I got it.

Thanks, will get that Cap as he looks sweet, wont be able to get that Fury as im in the UK but hopefully The Avengers line pulls through with a Fury
