Black Panther and Luke Cage team up and go cruising all over the world trying to pick up chicks. A few guest appearances by Falcon. I think they also team up with Blade, the chick with Captain Marvel's powers and Brother Voodoo to fight Zombies in New Orleans. (I could be getting issues mixed up, but I think I'm right.)

Black Panther #14-19: Panther and Storm get hitched

While talking to his girlfriend/wife?, Luke Cage mentions creating an Avengers team composed of all black heroes, and possibly working out of Wakanda. His girl snaps him back to reality.
