I was excited when this figure was anounced and the first images hit the interweb. However, when the actual figure was in my hands, one thing was glaringl obvious: his forearms were ridiculously short and out of proportion.
Since the release ofthe Secret-Wars Two-Packs rekindled my interest in displaying the little guys, I figured it wasabout time to do something about it.
I just cut off both of his hands and extended the forearms with a cut down nail for stability and some Sculpy to bulk it back out.
Then I cured, sanded, and painted him up a little. I intentionally darkened him up some on the exterior portions of the costume to break up the monotony of the color scheme. However the image made it seem too dark, almost black. I intentionally let the brush leave marks on the darker areas to simulate the texture from his six inch Legends version. He also now has wrist articulation. In the end I'm happy with it, and it'll do till a better one eventualy comes along.
