Could you cut the fingers from ribbed guitar string,bend it where the knuckles are with pliers,then drill holes into an MU palm,glue the wire fingers in and sculpt the flesh over the top,with patches missing to show the techno-organic ribbing beneath the skin?

Or you could try to get the left hand from Games Workshops Space marine Daemon Prince figure,if you go to my Heartbreakers customs in the W.I.P thread the female custom there has that hand,you can see how it looks scale-wise.....

Just thought,you could also try modifying the tentacular arm from the G.I Joe zombie too...
