I got this NECA Street fighter Ken recently from eBay and then I found its packaging is so different from what I have seen before. And the face of Ken is too clean... I mean there's no black linear on his mouth and chin. I doubt this is a fake one...

Hope anyone who is familiar with this can help me, thanks!

PS: I contacted the seller and his explanation was that there are different packaging versions in different countries, is that true?
