Wave 2 had a notable reduction in quality, Heroic Age Captain America and Fantomex are very very flimsy. Daken, Thunderball and Drax are solid, with Daken and Spidey almost on par with each other. Wave 1 had more solid figures with regards to materials.

None of the Toy Biz Spiderman figures have rocker ankles like FF/BT Spidey.Mcfarlane Spidey was awesome but mine had a stuck lower leg joint which later broke off. Not cool.

Luckily this FF/BT Spidey mold is MUCH better in terms of quality and materials.

I can already see a black Spiderman repaint and retool into Iron Spidey out of this mold. That head sculpt is close to perfect for both.

Hell with a new vest, web launchers, belt, and leg straps this could easily be the basis for a long overdue Scarlet Spider update.
