I'm not so concerned with believability. I mean it's a comic book for goodness sakes. I think that's part of the problem for me. Everyone's so concerned with "realism" and making things more "real" and "hip" and doing away with superhero costumes and giving them a T-Shirt and jeans instead or a trenchcoat and calling it a day. No thanks, I like my superheroes running around in spandex suits and underpants as goofy as that sounds. I guess it's a different reader now and I'm stuck in the Silver Age and prior.
